The M-1 Floor fastener supports the Stryker M1 when rolling onto the ambulance.

The Floor Fastener holds the Stryker M1 cot in place. It makes sure the stretcher stays in a straight line when rolling in- and out of the Ambulance.

The Stryker Stretcher is not included.
