The robust LIFEPAK 1000 is an easy-to-use automated external defibrillator (AED) that is suitable for all types of users; from untrained to healthcare professional. It is easy to use under all circumstances and understandable for everyone. The LIFEPAK 1000 AED is the cream of the crop from Physio Control: It is made out of good quality material and is robust enough to withstand a beating and resist dust and water. Jets of water, falling from a great height or bouncing down the stairs; the Lifepak 1000 continues to function without problems. It will still provide a powerful shock when the victim needs it. This AED is widely used by medical personnel in many ambulances and hospitals in the Netherlands.

The LIFEPAK has a large, intuitive touch screen with clear instructions that displays clear images and ECG records that are easy to read. These images are reinforced by clear spoken text that provide instructions for resuscitation and the application of the patches. This ensures that the care provider receives the right support and can get started with peace of mind.

There’s also plenty of options to be found, but it’s still easy to use. It makes use of the cprMAX™ technology, which allows compressions to continue while the AED is charging, with minimal interruption to CPR. Pediatric CPR is possible with the optional pediatric electrodes.
