LUCAS 2 Chest Compression System (Refurbished)

The Physio-Control LUCAS 2 Chest Compression System provides electrically powered, effective, consistent and uninterrupted compressions. Performing at least 100 compressions per minute, the Lucas 2 ensures the patient receives uninterrupted care without tiring responders with manual CPR, and frees them to prepare the patient for defibrillation. These compressions maintain patient blood flow and oxygen delivery.

Equipment like the LUCAS 2 (Lund University Cardiopulmonary Assist System) that provide Automated CPR can increase survival rate up to 29%, while manual CPR offers 18%. It works according to ERC guidelines. Smart Restart function allows for an immediate resumption of compression after change of Battery as it remembers the patient settings during 60 seconds.

The Lucas 2 is compact, lightweight and easy to use and can be applied if the patient is on the ground, a bed or on an ambulance stretcher. Replacement suction cups are required after each use on a patient. Suitable for use on adult patients. The device leaves enough space on patient’s chest to place defibrillation pads.
